1. Service Description

LandIQ provides land investment analysis services by:

• Analyzing property data you provide (county GIS, LandWatch, Zillow exports)
• Comparing properties to comparable sales data
• Identifying hidden costs, risks, and opportunities
• Generating detailed PDF reports with buy/pass recommendations
• Providing exit strategy analysis and target pricing

2. Service Tiers

Free Demo Report:

• 1 property analysis per email address
• Limited to top 5 comparable sales
• Basic risk assessment
• Delivered via email within 5-10 minutes
• No payment required

Paid Reports:

• Basic ($49): 10 property reports, full comps analysis, 6 months access
• Pro ($149): 50 property reports, advanced analysis, priority support, 1 year access
• Enterprise ($399): 200 property reports, white-label option, API access, unlimited access

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information and property data
• Use the service for lawful purposes only
• Not share bundle codes or access with others
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the service

5. No Guarantees

LandIQ makes no guarantees about:

• Accuracy of comparable sales data
• Future property values
• Zoning changes or regulatory updates
• Hidden issues not detectable from provided data

6. Refund Policy

• Demo Reports: Free - no refunds applicable
• Paid Bundles: Refunds available within 7 days of purchase if:
  • You have not used more than 20% of your report credits
  • You report a technical issue we cannot resolve
• Used Credits: Non-refundable once reports are generated
• Bundle Expiration: Unused credits expire per tier terms (6-12 months)

7. Payment Terms

• All payments processed securely via PayPal
• Prices in USD unless otherwise specified
• Bundle codes issued immediately upon successful payment
• Credits deducted automatically when reports are generated
• Low credit alerts sent when 20% of credits remain

8. Privacy & Data Usage

By using LandIQ, you agree to our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• We do not sell your data to third parties

11. Termination

• Share bundle codes inappropriately
